Christmas present suggestons.
I wish there was a place to go and enter their sports, hobbies, plus age and get suggestions for gifs. I tried Gifts.com but they only have question such as sports or reading a book, passing a note in class or getting with study groups these lead to answers that were not right at all.

Hi Red Hat Mamaw: I love your name!! How old are your grandchildren? Could you maybe peek at their Christmas lists, if they have them? Or sit down with them and go through a Sears Catalog or even online stores to see what interests them? Of course, the easiest way would be to ask them or their parents - that way they won't get duplicates too. Lots of luck!

Boy15, Boy 13, Girl 11, Girl3, Girl 8 months. The 13 year old is always our problem. He says surprise me. His parents are hunting ideas also. He loves Boy Scouts, Is a percussionist in a home school band and at church also plays piano. He always goes to Sailboat camp as his Dad has a sailboat. He does ballroom dancing, golf, is a competitor swimmer. Fishs, Nascar fan, sports fan but has equipment for all of this.

Wow! That's one busy little boy! If he's so interested in sports, have you tried looking for sports memorabilia on eBay or some place like that? Or maybe buy him a shirt with the name of his favorite sports team. I gather HE is the main problem you have for finding gifts? Do you know what the other grands are interested in? (Aside from the 8 month old, of course.)
