Gestational Diabetis

A new hitch, concerned, but just monitoring for now. Daughter is testing 4 times a day, once in the morning (fasting) then once 2 hours after ever meal. Daytime sugar levels are terrific, but night after dinner is a bit worrying.

Last night after dinner we tried walking, thinking excercise might help motablize, yep same Turkey Sandwich and yes after two 15 minute walks before testing was dramatically better. Without Excercise Blood Sugar was 164, next day with excercise (2-15 minute walks within 1 hour) blood sugar 124.

But if any of you have any tips at all, we'd love to hear them.
