What is the greatest thing about being a grandparent?

The love my grandchildren give and bring to me. There is no greater reason for living than to embrace the love and joy my grand children give me when they say "Grama" as they are running to give me a hug when they see me.
They grow up fast and loose their enthusiasim as their friends replace your visits--so I cherish every moment. I enjoy going to thier schools and participating in field trips and after school activities -that is the greatest and I always find a way to go and I never want to miss a single thing!!!

I am family oriented. My philosophty is: You can't change the past-nobody is a perfect parent,but you CAN be a perfect grandparent. I enjoy making crafts with my family and exspecially my grandchildren. I am a kid at heart I tell my family I decorate the house at every holiday or event for my grandchildren--but the truth is I like charlie brown just as much as they do!! I enjoyed making crafts with my grandmother a memory forever impressed. I hope my time spent with anyone will be a memorable impression also.
